" He added that "the department has a study on land, where we have identified the amounts of money we need and the amount of land required to solve the problem," explaining, "What we need from the financial allocations according to the costs approved in our department or in the ministry (government funding) of 100 trillion dinars, , So we must look for innovative solutions. " "For example, the Ministry of Oil owns land.
