Housing proposes land classification for rich, middle-class and poor !!

The Ministry of Construction and Housing stressed that the housing problem needs a variety of solutions, such as government institutions to build housing for their employees, while activating the role of the real estate bank.
The Assistant Director General of the Housing Department of the Ministry Zuhair Kazem Odeh to form an institution linked to the Prime Minister and the enactment of a special law and be specialized in the preparation of residential land and can be called (Management of Residential Land).
"The proposed institution classifies the land into the rich, the middle class, the low-income and the poor," he said.
He added: "This proposal requires that we be guided by global experiences, otherwise the big role will be divided to be the new house with an area of 50 - 35 meters, and by all standards this house is not fit for housing."
"The statistics indicate that the need to build housing units ranges from
2-3 million units, and because the size of the annual need according to the population increase be one million and a few million people, it means that we need 100 to 150 thousand housing units per year, which calls for a speedy resolution of the housing crisis.
