said in a statement: "This indicator is contrary to the reference to the Constitution in Article 37 (c), which provided for the prohibition of all kinds of psychological torture and physical treatment and non-human," and this is a breach of Iraq's international obligations under the International Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment of 1984, to which Iraq acceded in 2008, which provided for the criminalization of the practice of torture and methods of detention. It also referred to the measures to be taken by the signatories to the Convention, Against torture.
