    MP demanded the National Sovereign Faleh Khazali government to implement the laws in force and grant compensation for the segments of martyrs and political prisoners and wounded and covered by the implementation of Article 140 of the Constitution.
    MP Faleh al-Khazali said in a joint press conference that according to Article 132 of the Constitution and the legislation in force, including the law of the Martyrs Foundation No. 2 of 2016, Law 35 of 2013, Law 16 of 2010 and Law 57 of 2015 and the Implementation Committee of Article 140 of the Constitution, we demand the Prime Minister to intervene and resolve the demands covered by the laws in force, And within a specified time frame. "
    He added that the families of martyrs and political prisoners and wounded did not receive more than 7% and this is an injustice to the failure of the implementation of the laws in force.
    As for article 140 of the Constitutional Committee and Law 16 of 2010, they are also marginalized and oppressed and considered large segments of the people of the center and south who opposed the former regime and destroyed their role and burned their lands, especially the participants in the uprising of the people of 1991 and the uprising of Basra on 17/3/1999 in the areas of Basra and Thi Qar Al-Shihouh is one of the tribes of Joeybar, Al-Assajra, Bani Saeed and Al-Jawwal in Shatrah, as well as the tribes of Alb Hassan in Muthanna and other governorates.
