    MP Alia Nassif responded to the motion of 30 cases by the Ministry of the Interior and said that her accusations of corrupt officials are reinforced by evidence and documents.
    "I moved on the files of the Interior Ministry and I have a lot of files. I moved in accordance with the supervisory role and the constitution and the law of the House of Representatives," she told the NRC. "I moved the accusations of corruption according to the evidence and documents available to me."
    "I have documents on the smuggling and laundering of money and the auction of currency documents and names, and stealing the money of the Iraqi people billions of dinars."
    She spoke of "the tumult of many files with regret in the corridors of investigative bodies," calling for "open the investigation again these issues before the Iraqi public opinion."
    "I did not want to use any other means to pressure the judiciary or the Iraqi public opinion," she said.
    "Let us wait for these investigations and we will reveal these names again," Nasif said. "I have photographs, documents and copies of the investigations that they have hidden and the violations are complete and the judiciary is the separation."
    A source at the Ministry of the Interior revealed at the time of SABB, on Monday, the number of cases that have been moved against MP Alaa Nassif.
    The source told the NRC that "30 cases have been filed against Nassif, against the background of the recent charges of Inspector General of the Ministry of the Interior."
