"There has been talk about regional security and ways to calm down and work to avoid the factors of escalation," the Prime Minister's Information Office said.
The two sides stressed the need to achieve security and stability in the Gulf region and the Middle East, the importance of freedom of navigation for all countries and respect for international law, and agreed to cooperate to achieve this.
