Saleh instructs to send a draft law "State Prize for Creativity" to the House of Representatives

The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, on Sunday, sent a draft law "State Prize for Creativity" prepared by the Presidency of the Republic to the House of Representatives for discussion and ratification.
"The presidency has completed a draft law (the State Prize for Creativity), which will award annual prizes to the creators," said Ali Shukri, chairman of the presidential advisory body, in a statement.
He added that "the fields allocated in the award are: culture, media, journalism, applied sciences, humanitarian and sports," noting that "the award will be proportional to material and material value of creative achievement."
