Even the IMF points out the big issue is the (AML/CFT) and everyone ought to understand this as ending the currency auctions since we already have it in print that  Iran and Syria [primarily Iran] are circumventing sanctions via Iraq's auctions and this must stop. When it stops Iran's finances dry's up and we win.

In the financial sector, a robust plan to restructure the large public banks coupled with enhanced supervision is essential to secure financial stability and will help promote financial development and inclusion. Strengthening anti-money laundering and countering financing terrorism (AML/CFT) controls and oversight will help prevent Iraq’s financial sector from being misused for the laundering of criminal proceeds and terrorist financing.

Didn't happen Tues., it is 3:34 a.m. or so in Iraq - no change on the CBI - the World Clock - https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ - is great for checking what time it is anywhere in the world.

Praying for Wed. end of July or Thurs. 1st of August.
