    The parliamentarian said on Tuesday that the House of Representatives has achieved about 70 percent of its tasks during the current year, noting that the most important achievement of the parliament and the government is to prevent foreign borrowing during the current year, a step unprecedented for decades.
    "The House of Representatives has completed a lot of important laws and form the government in the first year of his life and can not be accused of default," Masoudi said in a statement.
    "The adoption of the election law and the consensus on the Kirkuk elections after the abolition of elections for 13 years as well as the adoption of the budget without external borrowing, which made the government and parliament achieve an unprecedented achievement for decades not to borrow external $ 10 billion and pass the law of public debt."
    Masoudi said that "the House of Representatives completed 70 percent of the tasks assigned to him despite the political crises and will launch a qualitative breakthrough during the next legislative year in September to complete outstanding projects, most notably the Federal Court Law and the Civil Service Law."
