MP on the trend of opposition wisdom, Asaad al-Morshedi, Wednesday, that the next legislative term of parliament will witness the questioning of five ministers.
"The performance of parliament at this year's level is mediocre because of the lack of legislating laws," he said, adding that "the second year of the parliament will witness a movement to assess the work of the government and the dismissal of the defaulters."
"The second chapter of the first year was not at the level of ambition, because there is nothing that has been legislated except for the provincial councils law which is considered an important law. Parliament has not submitted anything during this year, neither in monitoring the government nor in the performance of parliament, .
"We, as an opposition, are important to the regulatory side and to the legislation of the important laws, but what is more important is the government's monitoring and its government program. Five ministers will be questioned after this chapter."
Al-Marshadi stressed that "we do not target anyone, and we worked to diagnose the imbalance and corruption, because at the head of the government program to combat corruption suffered by many ministries, both in the time of previous governments or this government."
