"



    He continued, "It was agreed to entrust the financial and oil and energy committees of the parliamentary delegations to receive all the official replies from the ministries of oil and finance and the Bureau of financial control and analysis of inputs and answers to this meeting, and submit the report and recommendations for submission to the House of Representatives to take the appropriate decision. 

    The statement quoted al-Kaabi as saying that "the problem of selling oil of the province and the share of the region in the budget is not new but a topic of constant debate in almost every year, specifically during the budget preparation," noting that "today as a parliament agreed to find a final legal solution to this file with insistence On the implementation of all parties to the provisions of the Iraqi Constitution, which stipulates that the oil wealth and others are the property of all Iraqis and no right to any party to go the other way.
