The deputy chairman of the provincial council Jawad Rahim, said that "the Ministry of Finance transferred to the treasury of the province about 63 billion dinars, a first batch of allocations for the development of regions for the current year."
He added that "this amount was allocated to complete the projects that have been implemented previously and stopped working," noting that "31 billion of it was allocated for projects of school buildings."
