Parliamentary planning reveals the reasons for the high budget deficit and emphasizes: Most are illusory and ill-considered

The parliamentary strategic planning committee, on Wednesday, attributed the high [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/131544/%D8%B9%D8%AC%D8%B2 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%B2%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%AA][size=13]deficit of[/url] federal [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/131544/%D8%B9%D8%AC%D8%B2 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%B2%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%AA]budgets[/url] to the absence of planning experts and the economy in the preparation of budgets, while showing that the surplus and deficit is estimated and far from reality.
Committee member Mohammed Karim said in a statement, that "the draft federal budget is prepared by employees rely on estimates and estimates far from reality," pointing out that "most of the budgets are fake and not studied properly."
He added that "the high fiscal deficit occurred because of the absence of experts in economic planning and the absence of a real government vision," noting that "the budget deficit in 2020, which is estimated at 70 trillion dinars is not real and hypothetical."
