Revealed a member of the Baghdad Provincial Council, Mohammed al-Rubaie, Wednesday, the reasons for withdrawing the hand of the deputy technical governor (Ali Hegel) for 60 days, indicating that the budget of 2017 spent in 8 months, as there are 45 billion dinars did not act according to the controls And instructions.
