Al-Tamimi said in a press statement today that "we have received many complaints of the presence of abusive members of the security services that fought ISIS impose royalties in dinars and dollars on the owners of cars and trucks loaded with various materials and goods."
He added that "the control of Mayah, flute, armored and Banjana imposes royalties of 25,000 dinars on the owners of cars and we have received complaints from citizens owners of trucks and cars from the control of Mayah claiming itself belonging to the command of Diyala operations and take from each car 25 thousand dinars and control Ghobashi every car loaded halal $ 400 and Turkish chicken 500 And $ 200 in control and $ 400 in armored vehicles.
"The lack of passage of trucks and lorries and the bargaining of parking from 4 to 5 am is helpful to these royalties, which leads to the loosening of the highways and streets and the destruction of the infrastructure of the highways," he said.
He called on the prime minister to "end this matter and hold the abusers accountable and bring them to justice, in addition to ending the work by timing the passage of trucks and lorries and choosing alternative routes."
