US allocates $ 15 million to capture top ISIS terrorist leaders
The US State Department has announced a $ 15 million reward for information leading to the arrival of three senior ISIS leaders.

Amir Mohammed Saeed Abdul Rahman Al-Mawla Al-Mawla
, also known as Haji Abdullah, is a senior ISIS terroristleader. He was a member of al-Qaida in Iraq and graduated to a major leadership role in ISIS.
As one of the largest ideologues of ISIS, Hajji Abdullah helped lead and justify the abduction and slaughter of members of the Yazidi religious minority in northwestern Iraq and is believed to oversee some of the group's global terrorist operations.
He is a potential "successor" to ISIS leaderAbu Bakr al-Baghdadi, according to the rewards program website.
