The deputy of the other parliamentary bloc, Burhan al-Mamouri, on Sunday, revealed a "big gap" with regard to special grades, pointing out at the same time that those occupying these positions are "whales" in the ministries and failed to perform their work over the past years.
Al-Maamouri told the National News Center NNC, "The House of Representatives put an article in the budget law to change the special grades, and the government committed itself according to time ceilings," stressing the need to "resolve the file of special grades within the period set by the House of Representatives and voted on them."
He added that "there are some failures in the selection of appropriate figures for the management of special grades," explaining that "there are some political differences on the special grades because some blocks demand their merit."
He called Mamouri "political blocs to support the Prime Minister to end this file to resolve a large gap over the years," pointing out that "those who address the special grades for years have proved their failure and do not deserve to be in such high positions."
He pointed out that "everyone blames the minister, but whales in the ministries are without the minister who runs the ministry are the special grades."
