Najiba Najib: watchdog revenue will ensure the equitable distribution of federal funds and transparent disbursement

Confirmed member of the Finance Committee MP / coalition of Kurdish blocs / Najiba Najib, the importance of passing a law establishing an independent public body to monitor the distribution and exchange of federal revenue in the state to reduce the rampant corruption in government departments.
Najib said in a press statement: The General Authority to monitor federal revenue if its establishment will ensure justice in the distribution of funds for the provinces and provincial ministries and transparent disbursement through monitoring and checking how it was spent.
She added: that the federal government has sent to the House of Representatives since (2011) bill on the establishment of this body but makes this body linked to the Council of Ministers, met with great objection by the House of Representatives.
She explained: Since the objective observation and justice in the distribution of funds must be linked to the Council of Representatives because the government is distributing revenue and disbursement.
