Expert: Saudi investment in the oil sector is a step to develop the Iraqi economy

An oil expert welcomed the Saudi initiative to enter the investment market in the Iraqi oil sector, describing it as a positive step that helps develop Iraqi economic capabilities and opens new horizons with the Gulf basin countries.
