Legal expert Tariq Harb, on Friday, the provisions of the Constitution on the questioning of ministers in the government and then dismiss them.

He added: "The questioning language is to ask the answer to the question and questioning is a parliamentary investigation different from the judicial investigation in the courts and different from the executive investigation carried out by the investigation committees formed by the minister."
He pointed out that "the request for questioning must be submitted by a deputy with the consent of 25 members, whether the questioning addressed to the Minister or the Prime Minister, there is no difference in the number of deputies when requesting questioning, regardless of the status of who will be questioned."
He explained that "after the completion of the questioning and if the intention is to put confidence in it and withdraw confidence from it varies the number required, as required by the approval of 50 deputies for the minister and five members of parliament for the Prime Minister, ie the approval of 66 deputies, a fifth of the 329 members of the House of Representatives." .
He pointed out that "the third stage is the withdrawal of confidence, ie impeachment, the Constitution requires an absolute majority to attend the session after the quorum, if the number of deputies present 180 for example must be approved by 91 deputies being the majority of deputies present and in all cases the number required not less than 83 deputies if The meeting was held with the lowest number of 165 in order to achieve a quorum. "
He added: "As for the withdrawal of confidence from the Prime Minister, the Constitution requires the approval of a majority of the number of members of parliament and since the number of members of parliament 329 deputies must be approved by at least 165 deputies as this number more than half and constitutes the majority of the number of members."
He concluded that "if the dismissal of the minister is easy in terms of number, I think that the dismissal of the prime minister is difficult if we know that it is within the support of members of the Kurdistan Alliance and some deputies and because the approval of 165 members to dismiss him is not a few and it is difficult to collect this number."
