    The legal expert Ali al-Tamimi, Sunday, the actions taken against the leaders of the blocs absent from the sessions of parliament, noting that the law does not distinguish between a member and leader of a bloc, all who obtained membership in parliament must be subject to the law.
    Tamimi said in a statement to the information, that "the rules of procedure and the law of the House of Representatives does not distinguish between the leader of the bloc and a member, but confirms that all those who won the elections are deputies and they must attend the sessions of Parliament.
    He added that "the rules of procedure of the parliament in Article 18 was explicit and clear in the presence and absence of deputies, if absent MP for five consecutive sessions in the legislative chapter or 10 separate times, the parliament can vote to replace it, in addition to fines resulting from the absence."
    He pointed out that "Law 49 of 2007, provides for the replacement of deputies to vote by an absolute majority when absent from attending the sessions, this measure is available to parliament, but perhaps that some consensus prevents the holding of political leaders because they do not attend the sessions of Parliament."
    Al-Tamimi explained that "there is a possibility to appeal to the Federal Court on the subject of absent deputies and the application of Article 52 of the Constitution, for every interested in order that the Federal Court to take a decision on the deputies who are absent." Finished / 25 N.
