The head of the office of Iranian President Mahmoud Vaizi, that his country will make its decision for the next steps on the nuclear deal within days, saying that the value of this agreement is linked to the extent of Tehran's benefit from it.
In an interview with Iranian television on Saturday evening, Vaezi said: There is a committee on the third step (to reduce the obligations under the nuclear agreement) will decide on the next actions in case of non-fulfillment of Iran's demands two or three days before the scheduled date (expiration of the 60-day deadline from Iran to take Its third step).
He stressed that the nuclear agreement will be valuable for Iran when it can benefit from its benefits and in this case it has no value and we want to tell the other party: If the nuclear agreement does not provide our interests, we will go on our way.
He noted that Iran had received a proposal from France two weeks ago and amended significant parts of it, a proposal that was the outcome of five hours of telephone conversations between the Iranian and French presidents.
He noted that significant parts of the proposal were acceptable to the G7 but were not acceptable to Tehran.
"We presented our proposals to Macron and Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif. He continued the talks on Sunday and made progress and decided to discuss them in Tehran and the G7."
