Dulaimi attended the ceremony held by the Iraqi Embassy in Seoul on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Iraq and South Korea, which was also attended by Ban Ki-moon, former UN Secretary-General, and Park Sun-ho, First Deputy Minister South Korea's land, infrastructure and transport, the Iraqi ambassador in Seoul, Haider Shia Barrak, a number of Korean government officials, representatives of the international community and the South Korean diplomatic community.
Dulaimi called during the ceremony to activate joint agreements between the two countries and the signing of more memorandums of joint work with the public and private sectors, stressing the importance of providing appropriate conditions for the work of South Korean companies and international companies specialized, in line with the government plan to strengthen the Iraqi private sector and provide more jobs and capacity development National.
For their part, South Korean officials stressed the depth of historical relations with Iraq, which were strengthened by the Iraqi and Korean governments in a high-level joint coordination, resulting in a convergence of views and the implementation of more investment and economic projects between the two countries, especially with the security and political stability enjoyed by Iraq.
