The parliamentary legal committee revealed on Thursday a major conflict between political parties that have control over the special grades previously and those seeking to acquire them now.
A member of the parliamentary legal committee Hussein al-Oqabi told the / information / that "the initial understandings between the political blocs when the formation of the government saw the agreement to nominate independent personalities for special degrees and the chairmanship of independent bodies."
He added that "what happened after the formation of the government is the insistence of large blocs to keep personalities in the special grades, especially those with significant financial resources."
He explained that "the political scene is witnessing a conflict between those blocs and the other is currently working on the dismissals and withdraw the confidence of officials in the special grades to get others from their parties and control."
