Energy parliamentary calls for parliament to convene an emergency session on the determination of Arbil to export oil without the approval of Baghdad
{Baghdad: Euphrates News} called the Commission on oil and energy parliamentary speaker of the parliament to hold an emergency meeting on the determination of the Kurdistan region to export oil without the approval of the center.
