Parliamentary Legislation: Civil service legislation will annul 70 dissolved RCC decisions

The Legal Committee confirmed on Saturday that the draft civil service law will be on top of the laws that will be enacted soon for this legislative chapter, noting that the law will abolish a number of laws relating to the functional administration and 70 decisions of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council.
MP Hussein al-Oqabi, a member of the committee, said in a statement to Al-Maaloumeh that the parliament has drafted a number of important laws that would equate citizens and civil servants, lift restrictions and killer routines, as well as previous decisions, foremost of which is the legislation of the civil service law, in which several matters are related.
Al-Oqabi added that “the legislation of the Civil Service Law will abolish a number of legal laws during the time periods of the history of the Iraqi state in addition to the abolition of more than 70 administrative decisions of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council,” explaining that “the activation of the federal federal law service has a fundamental link with the Civil Service Law. ”.
