Legislative: The Civil Service Law repeals 70 decisions of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council

The parliamentary legal committee confirmed that the draft [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/8253/%D9%82%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%88%D9%86 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AE%D8%AF%D9%85%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%AF%D9%86%D9%8A%D8%A9][size=13]civil service law[/url] will be at the top of the laws that will be enacted soon during the new legislative term, noting: "The law will abolish a number of laws related to the functional administration, and 70 decisions of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council."
Committee member MP [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/105153/%D8%AD%D8%B3%D9%8A%D9%86 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%A8%D9%8A]Hussein al-Oqabi[/url] said in a press statement: "The Parliament has put a number of important laws that will equate citizens and civil servants and lift restrictions and killer routine, as well as previous decisions, especially the legislation of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/8253/%D9%82%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%88%D9%86 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AE%D8%AF%D9%85%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%AF%D9%86%D9%8A%D8%A9]the Civil Service Act,[/url] which is related to many things."
He added punitive: "The legislation of [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/8253/%D9%82%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%88%D9%86 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AE%D8%AF%D9%85%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%AF%D9%86%D9%8A%D8%A9]the Civil Service Act[/url]It will abolish a number of laws enacted during the past time periods of the history of the Iraqi state, in addition to the abolition of 70 administrative decisions of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council, "explaining:" The activation of the law of federal service law, has a fundamental link with the Civil Service Law. "
