Saudi Aramco, the world's largest oil producer, has told Indian refiners that there will be no shortage of supplies after attacks on Saudi crude oil facilities on Saturday, the oil ministry said on Monday.
The ministry said it was closely monitoring the situation and was in talks with Indian refiners and Saudi Aramco.
Saudi Arabia is India's biggest oil supplier after Iraq. From January to July, 788,200 barrels of oil were delivered to India.
