Jawahiri said in a press statement: "The International Energy Conference represents a very important forum for businessmen and owners of oil companies and energy, to further expand investment in Iraq."
He explained: "The conference includes an energy exhibition to show renewable energy and methods of oil extraction and investment in oil and refining," noting: "Iraq has benefited greatly from the continuation of the conference, because most of the investment in oil and energy came through that conference."
