Parliamentary Economy: The Council of Reconstruction will not achieve any achievement

considered the parliamentary economic committee, on Wednesday, the request of the government on the passage of the law of the Council of Reconstruction administrative procrastination, noting that fighting corruption is the first pillar in raising the economy and investment in the country.
Committee member Nada Shaker Jawdat said in a statement to Al-Maalouma that "talk about the progress of the reconstruction council in the legislation of its law, any progress in the field of investment and economy and the elimination of corruption are only slogans are not applicable."
Jawdat said, "Corruption has decimated the body of the Iraqi state and many political leaders and their employees are aware of brokering and corruption and cancel any project to serve the citizen without getting the largest proportion of their share."
She explained that "the Council will be similar to the Supreme Council against Corruption, which was formed by Abdul Mahdi without recording any real case in the fight against corruption."
