Netanyahu invites Gantz to join him and form an expanded unity government

The news agency Reuters reported on Thursday morning that the Israeli Prime Minister, the leader of the party Likud, Benjamin Netanyahu, called his rival party leader (blue white), Benny Gantz to join him to form a broad -based government.
The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation (Makan) said this morning that Gantz called on all members to consider all scenarios and possibilities that stand before the party regarding the next political steps regarding the identification of the new government.
In the meantime, Zvi Hauser, a member of the party, expressed the hope that a government of national unity would eventually be formed, because that was what the public wanted in his view, explaining that no one, against whom an indictment could be filed, referring to Benjamin Netanyahu, could not head the government.
