Barwari: Reconstruction Council bill withdraws many of the powers of the provinces
The deputy of the Kurdistan Democratic Party bloc Diyar Berwari, on Friday, that the Council of Ministers to vote on the draft law of the Reconstruction Council has created supporters and opponents.
