Saudi Energy Minister Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz praised on Thursday the volume of cooperation with Iraq in the oil sectors.
During his meeting with Iraqi Oil Minister Thamer Ghadhban, the minister said that what we seek in the two countries is to expand cooperation in several fields in order to form a sustainable cooperation system that contributes to achieving all common goals.
He added that "cooperation in the field of energy is the main pillar," expressing thanks and appreciation of the Iraqi Oil Minister for his interest in the attacks against the factories Abqaiq and Khurais.
For his part, the Iraqi Oil Minister expressed his pleasure to visit the Kingdom, and meeting with Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, stressing his confidence to overcome the Ministry of Energy and Saudi Aramco aggression on oil facilities and overcome.
Al-Ghadhban said that the meeting with the Minister of Energy dealt with various fields of cooperation, in oil, gas and electricity, which would increase brotherly relations between the two countries.
