    The Parliamentary Services Committee on Saturday accused the Ministry of Communications of contracting an Internet company with debts of the ministry estimated at 14 billion dinars, pointing out that the company did not pay what it owed despite numerous correspondence.
    Committee member Alaa Sabah told Al-Maalouma that the Ministry of Communications is working to pass the contract to provide the Internet with a foreign company that has already failed several projects referred to it especially for the Internet.
    He added that "the company has debts estimated at 14 billion dinars have not paid so far to Iraq despite the many communications," pointing out that "the company failed several projects referred to it previously."
