    The Parliament of the Kurdistan region on Saturday, as a "good faith" delivery of 250 thousand barrels of oil of the region to Baghdad daily, provided the latter commitment to send the salaries of employees of the region and its share of the general budget.
    A statement to the Parliament of the Territory, that the continuation of meetings and visits to Baghdad, a delegation of Parliament visited the Federal Minister of Finance Fuad Hussein, Saturday.
    The statement added that the delegation was headed by Deputy Speaker of Parliament Hemin Hawrami, accompanied by Vice Chairman of the Finance Committee Hvidar Ahmed, and Chairman of the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, Blaine Ismail.
    He explained that the delegation touched upon the relations between the Kurdistan region in northern Iraq and the federal government, and stressed the need to resolve outstanding problems between the two sides through real dialogue and in accordance with the Iraqi constitution and stabilize the share of the region in the Iraqi budget for the year 2020.
    Hawrami offered - according to the statement - the delivery of the Kurdistan region "in good faith" 250 thousand barrels of oil per day to the National Oil Marketing Company of the Federal Government (SOMO) provided that Baghdad is committed to send the salaries of employees of the region and its share of the public budget.
    He pointed out that during the meetings discussed the need for good relations between the standing committees in the Parliament of the region and the committees of the Iraqi Council of Representatives and the Kurdish blocs in the exchange of views and proposals before the preparation of any draft resolution.
    According to the same statement, the Federal Minister of Finance Fouad Hussein to the importance of good relations between the governments of the Center and the region, stressing the need to resolve all outstanding problems through dialogue and understandings.
    While there was no comment from Baghdad until 21:30 (TG) comment on the presentation of the Parliament of Erbil.
    The 2019 budget stipulated that the federal government to ensure the salaries of employees of the Kurdistan region in northern Iraq, in return for receiving the region of 250 thousand barrels of oil per day, for the Federal National Company SOMO export operations.
