An American newspaper holds Iranian puppets in Iraq responsible for failing to meet the demands of the people

The Washington "Examiner" newspaper accused Tehran of tampering with the security of Iraq, and held "Iranian puppets in Iraq" responsible for the country's failure to meet the demands of the people.
