[size=18]The Jordanian government and the teachers' union agreed at dawn on Sunday to end the crisis and grant bonuses and privileges to teachers in return for ending their strike.
Under the agreement, the government approved teachers' salary allowances ranging from 35 percent to 75 percent.
According to the teachers' union, the assistant teacher will receive a 35 percent bonus, the teacher will receive 40 percent, the first teacher will receive 50 percent, and the expert teacher will receive 65 percent. Leading teacher was awarded 75 percent bonus.
