The former prime minister, leader of the victory coalition, Haider al-Abadi, on Thursday, that the government's measures issued by the demonstrations on the prosthetic and the situation of the country continues to decline.
"The solutions announced by the government are prosthetic and put the country on a continuous economic and financial decline and will lead to the collapse that we must stand to prevent," Abadi said during a meeting with groups of youth elements.
He added, "Community pressure is very important to stop many of the negatives that have returned again and some of them have become public, such as the sale of positions and the sharing of contracts between specific blocks."
Abadi pointed out that "the demonstrations have been around for some time, but the new in these demonstrations is to deal with them by the government by suppressing them harshly and the presence of snipers and the closure of satellite channels."
