King Abdullah discusses with Barham Saleh bilateral relations and developments in the region
During a telephone conversation with Jordanian President Barham Saleh, Jordan's King Abdullah discussed relations between the two countries and the latest developments in the region.
During the call, according to the Royal Hashemite Court, they stressed the need to intensify efforts to reach political solutions to the crises in the region, especially in light of developments in the Syrian arena.
King Abdullah II stressed Jordan's rejection of any diminution of Syria's sovereignty and the threat to its unity, and the need to respect international law and the rules of international legitimacy, which regulate relations between countries.
