    Rafidain Bank, on Wednesday, decided to grant loans to citizens and employees of the owners of residential houses (the king of the exchange of a residential tab) for the purpose of adding construction or renovation and rehabilitation of the role, and in accordance with the following conditions:
    - The loan amount is (50) million dinars for the employees of government departments and (30) million dinars for citizens.
    - The term of the loan is (10) years and the loan shall be repaid within (120) months.
    - Guaranteeing the mortgage of the real estate to be restored and rehabilitated or adding the building to the bank for the first class, provided that its estimated value (loan amount + 20%) in addition to the employee's salary (for employees borrowers)
    . Loan Grant Date.
    - In case of delaying the payment of monthly installments for any reason, a delay interest rate (interest + 2%) and the number of days of delay will be calculated.
    - Insurance on the property to be restored and rehabilitation or add construction against fire in addition to insurance on the life of the borrower.
    - No transfer of ownership of the property or any legal actions may be made until all obligations towards the bank have been paid or approved.
    - Query from the Central Bank and the intersection of information and according to controls.
    - Submission is based on the geographical area depending on the location of the property as a criterion for the distribution of applications to the relevant branches.
    - The property should be in the name of the loan provider and its type of residence is a dwelling house owned by a residential tabu

    Rafidain Bank announced on Wednesday, instructions for loans to add construction and renovation and rehabilitation of residential homes for citizens.
