MP in the parliament Hussein Arab, on Thursday, that the industrial infrastructure in Iraq is estimated at 500 billion dollars, pointing to the existence of a real management crisis of state institutions.
"Iraq, according to statistics, has an industrial infrastructure estimated at 500 billion dollars," Arab told Mawazine News.
"If the state institutions dealt with these resources positively, we would have achieved significant annual imports, but on the contrary we spend a lot of money on them from the budget," Arab said.
He pointed out that "the crisis that we have is not related to resources, but how to manage, which is not looking for the public interest, but to achieve political and partisan goals."
