The Investigation Department of the Commission on Integrity, on Sunday, seized cases of fraud in the purchase of drugs close to the access without the actual need for them, in Diwaniyah General Hospital.
The Department, in talking about the seizure process, according to a statement received (Euphrates News) a copy of it, that "the work team of the Office of Qadisiyah investigation of the Authority was able to control the treatment of the purchase of anesthetic drugs close to the benefit of the hospital," indicating that "its initial investigation led To uncover the manipulation and change the need request from {500} to {5000} ampoules by the Procurement Committee. "
She added that "the Commission has purchased large quantities of drugs other than the actual need, and the transfer of {1000} ampoule to the hospital for women and children fake;; In addition to setting {2150} expired ampoule in Diwaniyah hospital.
The department pointed out that "preliminary investigations concluded that the purchase transaction was promptly disbursed from the balance of the operational budget of the Department of Health Diwaniyah, before the receipt of financial allocation from the Department of People's Clinics; being the authority to allocate the amounts of purchase of medicines."
