Third / One of the defendants named in the lists was arrested on 7/7/2017 and then died on 9/9/2017 while he was in Hilla Teaching Hospital and his body was handed over to his family.
One of the defendants named in the lists was arrested on 7/7/2017 after which he was sentenced by the Babylon Criminal Court to life imprisonment and is currently in prison at Rusafa Fifth Prison.
Fifthly, some of the defendants named in the above lists have been issued warrants of arrest warrant in accordance with Article 4/1 of the Anti-Terrorism Law and are currently at large.
