"The political forces agreed to support the government to implement the reform package in response to the demands of the demonstrators," the source said.
He added that "political forces also agreed on the need to hold a national dialogue conference, which is scheduled to participate demonstrators and trade unions and the Committee of the Elders and the United Nations."
The source added that "the national dialogue conference will discuss the demands of the demonstrators and turn them into programs of action implemented by the three authorities."
Demand has risen to topple the government and parliament and to deport all parties involved in the political process since 2003 and until now, after violence and repression of protesters, which left dozens of dead and hundreds of injured.
Protesters in several predominantly Shiite cities, including the capital Baghdad, have launched a general strike by cutting off vital roads and government circles in a move to increase pressure on the judiciary, legislative and executive authorities and political parties and ruling powers to implement the demonstrators' demands.
