The Integrity Commission, on Tuesday, the issuance of recruitment orders against a number of members of the current Maysan province; based on the provisions of Article (340) of the Iraqi Penal Code.
Referring to the details of the case investigated and referred to the judiciary, the Department of Investigations in a statement received / Mawazine News / a copy, to "the issuance of orders against three members of the current Maysan province."
"They act unlawfully in the funds of the Committee for the Maximization of Imports of which they are members, as well as in the money received from donations and without obtaining the basic approvals from the Ministry of Finance."
It is noteworthy that the Commission had announced earlier this month, the issuance of sixty arrest warrants and recruitment against deputies and local officials on charges of corruption and damage to public money.
