Political analyst said that the speaker of the House of Representatives Mohammed [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] failed to manage the Council, and was the cause of the destruction of the legislative authority.
Analyst Najm al-Yacoub said in a press statement: "The Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohammed [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] destroyed the legislative authority because it is weak in front of the parties," and was the cause of parliamentary decisions not gained the majority required to vote.
He added: "The [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] may have succeeded as governor of Anbar, but failed to preside in the House of Representatives," noting: "Many of the deputies announced their objection to the policy of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] in the management of parliament."
