Sources: Aramco will not market its initial launch in the United States

Saudi Aramco does not intend to market its domestic initial public offering in the United States, two sources familiar with the matter said.
Aramco said in a prospectus earlier this month that it would sell shares under a rule that would allow a non-US bidder to tap into the US market.
But the two sources said Aramco would not be based on that rule, which meant it would not market shares in the United States.
