    The Council of Ministers decided on Tuesday to reduce customs duties imposed on hybrid cars, while voted on the Ministry of Construction to conduct surveys of residential land.

    The Council also decided to "reduce customs duties imposed on hybrid cars by 100% for the first year in order for the competent company to reduce the prices of hybrid cars to motivate the citizen to select them because of its significant economic and environmental benefits."
    The report of the Commission for determining the number of affected areas and a treatment mechanism composed of the Ministry of Planning was approved.
    It was approved, according to the statement, "to allocate a piece of land from the municipality of Nimrod to the monastery of St. Behnam martyr in the province of Nineveh as an exception to the decision of the Council of Ministers No. (239) for the year 2013 in order to expand the monastery for its historical importance."
    The Council of Ministers approved the "increased financial allocation headquartered to the Baghdad Water Department."
    The Cabinet decided to authorize the Minister of Finance not to disburse some of the limited amounts in the previous decisions of the Council of Ministers for the allocation of the emergency reserves, and it was approved to add an amount of (4515240000) dinars four billion five hundred and fifteen million and two hundred and forty thousand to the financial allocation to the Baghdad Water Department. Finished 25 h
