Sadr's coalition accuses parliament's presidency of stalling in setting date for interrogation of Abdul Mahdi

The bloc of the "Saeron" coalition backed by the leader of the Sadr movement Muqtada al-Sadr on Saturday, the Presidency of the Council of Representatives in Iraq stall to set a date for the interrogation of the current Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi.
The MP for the parliamentary bloc of Saber al-Saadi in a press conference held in the House of Representatives with the participation of members of the bloc and other blocs, said that "bloc (Sairon) submitted a request to question the Prime Minister, but the Presidency of the Council of Representatives procrastinate in setting a date for questioning," noting that "questioning The prime minister deals with the killing and arrest of demonstrators. "
He added that "the Presidency of the Council has the responsibility to delay the appointment of a date for questioning the Prime Minister and this increases the continued repression of the demonstrators."
Saadi increased by saying that "the bloc (Saron), and solidarity blocs with it did not tolerate the delay in questioning the Prime Minister will not back down from that."
He pointed out that "the speaker of the House of Representatives Mohammed Halbousi to know that delaying the questioning of the prime minister will invite us to take other routes," adding that "political forces and their survival is not holier than Iraqi blood."
