    deputy in the Kurdistan Parliament announced that he has documents and evidence that smuggle $ 330 billion of Iraqi funds abroad through banks in Iraq and the Kurdistan region. 
    The head of the Movement for Change in the Kurdistan Parliament Ali Hama Saleh in a statement to the new morning, he has dozens of evidence and official documents to smuggle hundreds of billions of money of the Iraqi people abroad under the pretext of importing foreign materials and goods
    Hama Saleh explained that I have 330 documents on the smuggling of funds from Iraq and the Kurdistan region since (2006 to 2014), four banks in the Kurdistan region contributed to smuggling a large part of these funds. 
    He added that the totality of these operations accused of informing the Central Bank of Iraq, expressing his readiness to submit those documents, to the relevant authorities if approved by officials in the government of the region. 
    Hama Saleh pointed out, that one of the border points in the Kurdistan region contributed to the preparation of counterfeit papers to smuggle money from Iraq, under the pretext of importing goods and goods from abroad, which prepared forged priorities to ensure the smuggling of funds through some banks. 
    Hama Saleh expressed fears that the document would be presented to the public, and the danger it poses as a reaction if the individuals involved in smuggling hundreds of millions of dollars abroad are revealed. 
    He added that the smuggling operations have continued since 2003 through the purchase of the process and other commercial transactions through several banks, including four in the Kurdistan region, which has a license from the Central Bank of Iraq. 
    On the reasons that led to the delay of the reform law in the salaries of retirees and special grades in the Kurdistan region, Hama Saleh pointed out that the law is being worked on and is now in the Council of Ministers will be finalized drafted and transferred to Parliament soon.
    On the file of oil and statements made by some political forces about the lack of transparency and the prevalence of corruption in this file, because of the lack of access to the blocks on the size and ratios of export and the amount of sale and funds received as a result of the sale of oil for the region, Hama Saleh added that the Kurdistan region now exports about 441 thousand barrels $ 22 per day, and the remaining $ 22 of the total amount of sale since the provincial government gives the remaining amount to companies that produce and market oil globally. 
    On the ongoing talks between the Kurdistan Regional Government on the oil file and the budget and dues of the region, Hama Saleh confirmed the support of his bloc with all its potential for the ongoing talks between Baghdad and Erbil, saying, "The only and ideal way for the Kurdistan region lies in reaching a long-term balanced agreement with the federal government."
    The sources expected the informed consent of the regional government to deliver oil to the federal government in the framework of an agreement signed between them this week, after an initial agreement to continue the flow of salaries of employees of the region by the federal government in the budget next year 2020. 
    For his part, a member of the Finance Committee of the House of Representatives The delegation of the Kurdistan Regional Government, who visited the capital Baghdad, held good talks with the federal government. 
    MP Shirwan Mirza, said that the delegation of the Kurdistan Regional Government held good talks with officials in the federal government and there is a great convergence between the two sides. 
    He added, there are new proposals submitted, expecting that the regional government and the federal government to reach a final agreement soon.
